Payments (Workplace Wellness)

Payment due on the day of treatment or prior to treatment day.

We prefer direct payment to our financial institution which we will provide banking details. We do accept Visa , M/Card and Amex. Cash and cheque also accepted.

Cancellation and changes policy

When booking please choose your date/s carefully, as only 1 change is possible after we’ve confirmed your booking. More than one change may incur a fee.

We require 48 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction of booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee, and within 24 hours will incur full fee.

Minimum Booking (Corporate Massage)

We require a minimum booking rate of 3 hours.


Discounts may be applied for multiple advanced bookings. Please contact us to discuss.

Physiotherapists are also insured as above through Physiotherapy Association Australia.

      • By viewing, accessing, using or participating in our online programs you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy located on our website.

      • As with any form of exercise, participation in may involve certain risks to your health and safety. By participating you warrant that you are not suffering from any injury, illness or condition that may prevent you from safely participating.

      • By participating you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have your parent/guardian’s permission and supervision to participate

      • If you are pregnant or have recently given birth, please seek medical advice before participating. Whether part or all of the online programs, may not be suitable for pregnant or post-natal women.

      • Online programs are conducted at your own risk. It is your responsibility to create a safe and clear environment and only participate if you are fit and able to do so.

      • You agree to comply with all directions and guidelines that are given to you through the online program with respect to proper and safe participation.

      • If you experience any faintness, shortness of breath, pain or dizziness, you must immediately stop all physical activity and seek medical advice before participating again.

      • The Mobile Myo accepts no responsibility for any injuries or damage that may occur to yourself and/or equipment used at home.

      • You, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives fully release The Mobile Myo (and its associated entities, employees and contractors) from any claim, loss, damage or expense of any kind including in relation to personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, occurring during the online program, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

      • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including legal fees, that arise from your use or misuse of the Website, Facebook page, Instagram or LinkedIn page or your breach of these terms and conditions.

      • All online programs, content, photographs, videos and any other materials on the Website, our Instagram page, Facebook page or LinkedIn page remain the property of The Mobile Myo.

      • You must not reproduce, copy, share, sell, or deal with any of our materials without our express written permission

      • Our instructors do not hold medical qualifications and therefore are not providing medical advice.

      • We may, in our absolute discretion, change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you.


This privacy policy sets out how The Mobile Myo and its related entities upholds your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”). The Mobile Myo may collect the following information:

An individual is not obliged to provide their personal information to The Mobile Myo however, without certain information from an individual it may not be possible for The Mobile Myo to provide its products and/or services to the individual.


For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, sensitive information means the information a client has disclosed us about their physical and mental health and well being.

Sensitive information will only ever be used for providing services to you. Such information will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes without consent, except in exceptional cases when disclosure may be required by law or is necessary to protect the rights or property of The Mobile Myo, or any member of the public, or to lessen a serious threat to a person’s health or safety. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy sensitive information is a subset of personal information.

The types of sensitive information generally collected by The Mobile Myo include information relating to:

  • Your health

  • Your medical history

  • Whether you are pregnant

  • Whether you are on any medication

  • Other health related information that is necessary to properly treat you.


The Mobile Myo will only use and disclose your personal information so we can provide you with the services you have requested as well as for the following directly related secondary purposes:

  • To improve our products and services

  • Send promotional emails to you about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address that you have provided
