The Mobile Myo is a family run business.


Cam and Steph founded The Mobile Myo when recognizing the need for quality and convenient mobile Myotherapy treatment .


Since then The Mobile Myo has branched out and moved into the world of corporate wellbeing.

To keep things in the family, Steph's sister Kim, works as our mobile Physiotherapist, helping with all your physio needs in the convenience of your own home. 

Our goal as a business is to offer convenient and professional Myotherapy and Physiotherapy care in your home and workplace. Making your life easier and saving you time. 

Through both Myotherapy and Physiotherapy, we aim to improve overall wellbeing. Whether it be your day to day sore knees, weekend warrior sports injury or the office place tight neck and shoulder, we are results driven and focus on targeted treatment to get you back to moving and enjoying your lifestyle.

Cam, our Myotherapist, has over 14 years experience. Through his hard work and knowledge of the body he has worked his way up to become the Australian Cricket Team Myotherapist. This position has bought about many great opportunities to travel and learn from the best practice therapists in Australia. Cam has also travelled the world working with the Australian Volleyball Team. 


Cam also holds a strong passion for workplace wellness programs as many of his clients stress and tension was caused by their work environment, both physically and emotionally. 

Kim, our Physiotherapist, has over 12 years experience, and has a special interest in women’s health. Kim brings a wealth of knowledge having represented Australia at Handball and been able to work along side international sporting teams. As well as womens health, Kim specializes in the care and rehabilitation of shoulder and knee related injuries. 

Steph, The Mobile Myo’s co-founder and business development manager, also works in the corporate world and firsthand experiences the chronic pain associated with working at a desk for long periods of time. Becoming a mother, Steph then realised what a struggle it was to find the time for treatment. This was one of the factors that lead to the beginning of The Mobile Myo.

Cam is the co-founder and owner of The Mobile Myo and has been a practising Myotherapist for over 14 years.

Cam feels very fortunate to love what he does. Why? Day to day, Cam gets to help people who are suffering from muscular pain and dysfunction, enabling them to return to work, sport or whatever it is they enjoy doing. Cam also loves the relationships and report he builds with his clients. Often sharing a laugh while solving the worlds problems, all while treating his clients in the comfort of their own home.

Over the years, Cam has been able to have some amazing experiences, including; working as the Myotherapist for the Australian Cricket Team which enabled him to travel to many different countries including Bangladesh. Cam has also worked with the Australian Volleyball Team on tours of Iran, Poland, Italy and other countries.

When not at work, Cam loves to spend time with Steph and his two girls, Grace and Lottie. He also loves all things sport and when the weather is right, will take his kayak out fishing.




Kim graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2007. Her love of playing European Handball for the Australian National team lead her to completing her studies in Denmark and The Netherlands. On returning to Australia Kim has worked in private practice physiotherapy and has looked after many sporting teams which included international travel. 

Since settling down and starting a family, Kim now enjoys competing in triathlons and cycling. 

Her areas of experience, interest and advanced study include sporting injuries, shoulder, knee and hip problems as well as women's health concerns. If Kim isn't working or looking after her young family you will most likely find her riding her bike! 

Kim is highly experienced, and a thorough, professional. Kim will ensure quality treatment is provided and works hard to get to the root cause of individual ailments and injuries. We are very lucky to have Kim on board. 




Stephanie is the co-owner and founder of The Mobile Myo and is also our operational manager. 

Stephanie also works part time in the corporate world and knows first hand the impact of sitting at a desk all day. Sore back, sore shoulders, neck and wrists. This is why she is passionate about corporate Myotherapy and wellbeing.

As a working mum of two, Stephanie also understands the challenges of parenting and work. Finding times for appointments can be challenging, and this is why she understands the importance of providing quality treatment in a convenient location either at home or in the workplace. 

Stephanie also enjoys managing our social media pages, as well as paddle boarding, visiting wineries and exercising in her spare time.
